School Leadership Team

South Hart Elementary Leadership Team consists of teachers from each grade level and/or department in the school. 

These teachers come together on a monthly basis to discuss the status of the school by looking at what we have achieved and what we need to focus on in the coming weeks. 

The Leadership Team representatives share the information with their team so that all faculty and staff know important information.
